Background information
The Anti-TCRγ/δ MicroBead Kit consists of a hapten-conjugated Anti-TCRγ/δ antibody and FITC-conjugated Anti-Hapten MicroBeads. TCRγ/δ is expressed on up to 10% of the peripheral blood T cells.
Downstream applications
TCRγ/δ+ T cells isolated with the Anti-TCRγ/δ MicroBead Kit have been expanded and used for proliferation and cytotoxicity assays.1,2,3 |
