Description
The CD30 antigen is expressed on small subsets of activated B and T cells, but it is not found on resting lymphocytes or monocytes. CD30 is also expressed by Reed-Sternberg cells of Hodgkin's lymphoma.
Applications
CD30 MicroBeads can be used for the isolation or depletion of activated B and T cells from PBMCs, bone marrow, and from single-cell suspensions of lymph nodes, tonsils, or thymus. For isolation of CD30+ cell subsets, the CD30 MicroBeads can be combined with the MACS® CD4+, CD8+, and Pan T Cell Isolation Kits or the MultiSort Kits.
