| CD30 MicroBeads were developed for the enrichment or depletion of activated B and T cells from PBMCs, bone marrow, and from single-cell suspensions of lymph nodes, tonsils, or thymus. |

Background information
The CD30 antigen is expressed on small subsets of activated T and B cells, but it is not found on resting lymphocytes or monocytes. CD30 is also expressed by Reed-Sternberg cells of Hodgkin's lymphoma.
Applications
For isolation of CD30+ cell subsets, the CD30 MicroBeads can be combined with the CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit, the CD8+ T Cell Isolation Kit, the Pan T Cell Isolation Kit or the B Cell Isolation Kit (B-CLL). |
