| Description |
The Central Memory CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit was developed for the isolation of central memory CD4+ T cells from human PBMCs in a two-step procedure.
Central memory CD4+ T cells are isolated based on the expression of CD197 (CCR7) and the absence of CD45RA on these cells. |

Detailed separation procedure
For the first separation, non-target cells are labeled with a cocktail of biotin-conjugated antibodies against CD8, CD14, CD15, CD16, CD19, CD25, CD36, CD45RA, CD56, CD123, TCRγ/δ, and CD235a (Glycophorin A) and Anti-Biotin MicroBeads to deplete non-CD4+ T cells, naive CD4+ T cells and non T cells. For the second separation, the flow-through fraction of the first separation is labeled with CD197 (CCR7)-PE and Anti-PE MicroBeads for positive selection of central memory CD4+ T cells. |

Cells were stained with CD4-APC and CD45RA-FITC. Cells were already labeled with CD197 (CCR7)-PE during the isolation procedure. |
