PIQOR™ Custom Microarrays
To meet your individual gene profiling needs, custom microarrays can be generated for human, mouse, or rat gene expression analysis. A major asset of the PIQOR™ Technology is the high-quality, sequence-verified PIQOR Collection, which includes more than 25,000 different well-documented genes of the human, mouse, and rat species. It covers various field and function areas such as immunology, oncology, cell death, and toxicology. Based on the PIQOR Collection, genes of interest can be selected and individual microarrays designed. By tapping the proprietary discovery bioinformatics platform, novel, uncharacterized genes with reliably predicted relevance for the field of interest can be included. These genes are extensively cross-referenced and conceive multi-factorial gene classification. New PIQOR Fragments are sequence-verified before they are spotted on PIQOR Custom Microarrays. The setup for PIQOR Custom Microarrays requires a minimum order quantity of 48 microarrays.
