The PIQORâ„¢ Stem Cell Microarrays consist of relevant marker genes for human and murine stem cells as well as key genes involved in their differentiation. Genes have been assembled in cooperation with experts in the field following extensive literature screens, gene expression profiling data, and bioinformatics based homology screens.
Gene expression experiments allow quality control of different stem cell types, comparison of different stages, and optimization of differentiation protocols.
