- Time-saving: one-step isolation of Ly-6Ghigh neutrophils
- Trouble-free: isolated cells are perfectly suited for coculture and adoptive transfer experiments
|
| Overview |
| The Anti-Ly-6G MicroBead Kit was developed for positive selection or depletion of mouse neutrophils from single-cell suspensions of lymphoid tissues. |
| Details |
Background information Ly-6G is highly expressed on neutrophils, at lower levels on a subset of eosinophils, and transiently during developmental stages on monocytes. For separation, neutrophils are indirectly magnetically labeled with Anti-Ly-6G-Biotin and Anti-Biotin MicroBeads. The Anti-Ly-6G MicroBead Kit has been optimized for isolation of Ly-6Ghigh-expressing cells.
Downstream applications Ly-6G+ cells isolated with the Anti-Ly-6G MicroBead Kit are suitable for in vitro analysis, coculture or adoptive transfer experiments. |

| Figure 1 |
| Ly-6G(1A8)+ cells were isolated from mouse spleen cells by using the Anti-Ly-6G MicroBead Kit, two MS Columns and a MiniMACS™ Separator. The cells are fluorescently stained with Anti-Gr-1-PE (# 130-091-932; clone RB6-8C5)) and CD11b-FITC (# 130-081-201). Cell debris and dead cells were excluded from the analysis based on scatter signals and propodium iodide fluorescence. |
