| Myeloid Dendritic Cell Isolation Kit |
|
| Overview |
| The Myeloid Dendritic Cell Isolation Kit has been developed for the concurrent isolation of untouched CD1c (BDCA-1)+ and CD141 (BDCA-3)+ myeloid dendritic cells from human PBMCs. |

Detailed separation procedure Non-MDCs are labeled with a cocktail of biotinylated antibodies and Anti-Biotin MicroBeads for depletion over a MACS column. Unlabeled MDCs pass through the column.
Downstream applications MDCs isolated with the Myeloid Dendritic Cell Isolation Kit are used when direct labeling of surface molecules is undesired. |

| MDCs were isolated from human PBMCs using the Myeloid Dendritic Cell Isolation Kit. Cells were fluorescently stained with CD141 (BDCA- 3)-FITC, CD20-PE, CD14-VioBlue, and CD1c (BDCA-1)-APC and analyzed by flow cytometry. Exclusion of CD1c+CD20+ B cells and CD14+ monocytes was performed. Shown are CD1c (BDCA-1) and CD141 (BDCA-3) stainings of total cells before and after separation. |
