| RPMI 1640 (Roswell Park Memorial Institute) medium is a basic cell culture medium used for a wide range of applications. Through supplementation with vitamins, amino acids, growth factors, cytokines, or serum, this medium can be adapted for the optimal culture of many cell types. RPMI 1640 is also available with stable glutamine. |
