Anti-Biotin-Alkaline Phosphatase
|
Description
MACS® Anti-Biotin-Alkaline Phosphatase has been developed as a secondary antibody for indirect labeling in conjunction with biotinylated primary antibodies. Alkaline phosphatase works with precipitating substrates such as NBT/BCIP as well as soluble substrates such as pNPP to produce a colorimetric reaction.
Applications
The antibody is suitable for indirect labeling of frozen sections or formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues sections previously stained with a biotinylated primary antibody. It can also be used for the detection of biotinylated proteins by ELISA.
