Anti-Biotin
Description The Anti-Biotin fluorochromes are perfectly suited for indirect immunofluorescent labeling when working with a biotinylated primary antibody. They can also be used for the simultaneous staining of several cell surface markers when working with a cocktail of biotinylated antibodies. The Anti-Biotin antibody does not bind to free biotin which is often present in cell culture media. Applications Anti-Biotin fluorochromes are ideal for fluorescent staining of cells separated with Anti-Biotin MicroBeads, Streptavidin MicroBeads, or with the Anti-Biotin MultiSort Kit. They can also be used for quality control when using human Cell Isolation Kits II or mouse Cell Isolation Kits for the isolation of untouched cells.
