Description
The Anti-Biotin fluorochromes are perfectly suited for indirect immunofluorescent labeling when working with a biotinylated primary antibody. They can also be used for the simultaneous staining of several cell surface markers when working with a cocktail of biotinylated antibodies. The Anti-Biotin antibody does not bind to free biotin which is often present in cell culture media.

Figure 1
Human PBMCs were labeled with CD303 (BDCA-2)-Biotin and fluorescently stained with Anti-Biotin antibodies conjugated to FITC (A), PE (B), APC (C), VioBlue (D), or PerCP (E). Cells were counterstained with CD304 (BDCA-4/Neuropilin-1)-PE or -APC, respectively, and analyzed by flow cytometry using the MACSQuant Analyzer®.
