| Applications |
The antibody can be used to identify and enumerate mouse MHC class I+ cells of H-2Kk haplotype and to evaluate cells transfected with pMACS Kk.II using MACSelect™ Kk-Transfected Cell Selection Kits. To control the efficiency of transfection, transfected cells are fluorescently stained with Anti-H-2Kk-FITC and analyzed by flow cytometry or fluorescence microscopy.

| Cells from the mouse pre–B cell 1881 cell line were stably transfected with the H-2Kk gene and mixed with untransfected cells from this cell line in a 1:3 ratio. The mixed cells were stained with Anti-H-2Kk-FITC and analyzed by flow cytometry. |
