MACSelect™ Control FITC Antibody
|
Applications
The MACSelect Control FITC Antibody is used to determine the enrichment efficiency of pMACS vector-transfected cells. The fluorescent staining with MACSelect Control FITC Antibody is performed after magnetic labeling with MACSelect 4, MACSelect Kk, or MACSelect LNGFR MicroBeads. To determine the enrichment efficiency, the MACSelect Control FITC-stained cells are analyzed by flow cytometry or fluorescence microscopy.

Figure 1
CHO cells were transfected with pMACS 4-IRES.II. Transfected cells were enriched using MACSelect 4 MicroBeads, fixed and stained with MACSelect Control FITC Antibody to evaluate the enrichment efficiency. Cell nuclei were counterstained with Toto3 (Applied Biosystems).
