MiniMACSâ„¢ Separator
Description The MiniMACS™ Separator is designed for separating animal and plant cells, bacteria, viruses, cellular organelles, and molecules such as mRNA. The MiniMACS Separator is ideal for the separation of very rare cells with high purity. It is designed for the positive selection of up to 107 labeled cells corresponding to a total cell number of 2×108 cells. The MiniMACS Separator can be used in combination with MS, Large Cell, or M Columns. Up to four MiniMACS Separation Units can be attached to a MACS® MultiStand.
