| The Pre-Separation Filters, 70 µm, are especially suited for the preparation of single-cell suspensions from tissues that include large amounts of extracellular matrix. |

Background information
The Pre-Separation Filters fit onto tubes with a capacity of 13–15 mL. One set contains 50 sterile and ready-to-use filters.
Applications
The filters can be used for the removal of larger particles from cell suspensions from, for example, mouse lung, epidermis or heart tissue dissociated with the gentleMACS™ Dissociator or the gentleMACS Octo Dissociator. |
