CHOMACS CD medium and CHOMACS Feed Supplement are complete chemically-defined, animal component-free, protein-free, and ready-to-use media developed for long term, high performance growth and protein yield of CHO cells. They may be used for applications like:
- Cultivation of different CHO and other animal cell lines.
- Selection, adaptation and production - with the dihydrofolate reductase - gene amplification system.
- Small scale cultivation and fed batch culture.

| CHOMACS media support cell growth and production of recombinant proteins and antibodies in suspension culture. They can be used in research or in manufacturing applications. CHOMACS CD has been developed by TeutoCell AG for the use in dihydrofolate reductase (DHFR) amplified systems. For other applications, add HT supplement prior to use. |
