| The autoMACS® Pro Washing Solution has been developed for rinsing and cleaning of the autoMACS Pro Separator's fluidic system. Cells remaining in the system are lysed upon contact with this solution for efficient cleaning between cell separations. |

Background information
The autoMACS® Pro Washing Solution is supplied in a 1.5 L bottle format that connects directly to the autoMACS Pro Separator. This sterile-filtered solution contains detergents and stabilizer.
One bottle is sufficient for up to 15 washing cycles.
Note: This buffer has been optimized for use with the autoMACS Pro Separator and should not be used in combination with the autoMACS Separator. |
