The autoMACS® Columns are specifically designed for use with the autoMACS Pro Separator and the autoMACS Separator.
Column capacity
Up to 2×108 magnetically labeled cells from up to 4×109 nucleated total cells or from up to 15 mL of whole blood. |

Background information
A set of two separation columns is required for operating the autoMACS instruments. Once installed, the autoMACS Columns become part of a closed fluidic system and can be used for up to 14 days or 100 separations within 14 days.
Column substitutes for long-term storage are provided with the autoMACS Pro Separator Starter Kit. |
