Background information
Using this kit, cell separation of multiple samples is a fully automated procedure—from cell labeling to the elution of magnetically labeled and non-labeled cell fractions. The kit contains updated autolabeling software, a barcode reader, and one MACS Reagent Rack 4 that accommodates up to four reagent vials. MACS Reagents are automatically recognized by the integrated barcode reader; this allows the software to load corresponding protocol information, for example, reagent incubation times and optimal settings for magnetic cell separation |
