Anti-Cy5/Anti-Alexa Fluor 647 MicroBeads
Description Anti-Cy5/Anti-Alexa Fluor 647 MicroBeads have been developed for indirect magnetic labeling and separation of cells labeled with primary antibodies conjugated to Cy5, PE-Cy5, or Alexa Fluor 647. Flow cytometric analysis can be performed without any further staining of the cells. The monoclonal anti-Cy5 antibody coupled to MicroBeads recognizes Cy5, PE-Cy5, and Alexa Fluor 647. Anti-Cy5/Anti-Alexa Fluor 647 MicroBeads may cross-react with Alexa Fluor 680, Cy5.5, Cy7, and their tandem conjugates. Applications Anti-Cy5/Anti-Alexa Fluor 647 MicroBeads are especially recommended for positive selection or depletion of cells labeled with primary antibodies conjugated to PE-Cy5 tandem fluorochromes. Primary antibodies conjugated to Cy5 or Alexa Fluor 647 are also suitable for magnetic separation in combination with these MicroBeads.
