Background information
The Anti-Cytokeratin (CK3-3E4) antibody specifically recognizes cytokeratin 8, 18, and 19. It almost completely crossblocks A45-B/B3, an antibody known to recognize the cytokeratin heterodimers 8/18 and 8/19. |

| Paraffin-embedded tissue sections of an adenocarcinoma of the stomach (intestinal type) were stained with Anti-Cytokeratin (CK3-3E4) pure. The detection was performed using an anti-isotype antibody and a biotin/avidin–horseradish peroxidase system. |
