| Overview |
| This CD34 antibody has been optimized for the detection and quantification of CD34+ cells by flow cytometry or fluorescence microscopy. The very bright staining intensity provides high sensitivity for the detection of human stem and progenitor cells in peripheral blood, bone marrow, and cord blood samples. |

Background information The monoclonal antibody clone AC136 detects a Class III epitope of the CD34 antigen. This epitope is different than the one recognized by clone QBEND/10 which is used in the CD34 MicroBead Kits. |
