Premium-grade
Selected human and mouse cytokines are produced at premium-grade for most consistent and reliable cell culture results. Premium-grade cytokines offer the convenience of well-defined, standardized biological activities thereby allowing exact unit dosing and eliminating laborious pre-testing. Lot-specific biological activities are available upon request. The following mouse cytokines are available at premium-grade: FGF-8b, GM-CSF, IL-6 and LIF. The human premium-grade cytokines (FGF-1, FGF-2, FGF-8b, Flt3-Ligand, G-CSF, GM-CSF, IFN-γ1b, IL-1β, IL-3, IL-4, IL-6, IL-7, IL-12, IL-15, IL-21, M-CSF, SCF, Sonic hedgehog, TGF-β1, and TNF-α) share major characteristics with MACS GMP Cytokines for relevant pre-clinical studies.
