- Flexible: isolate cells anytime, whenever samples come in
- Convenient: separate cells independently of flow sorting facilities
- Versatile: large choice of cell surface markers for isolation
| It is vital that the starting material for any downstream experiment is of the highest quality. This is especially true for rare cell samples such as CSCs, where contaminating cells could be detrimental to results. Isolate cancer stem cells with ease using our MicroBead reagents and kits, which are optimized to ensure a high purity and yield of target cells. MACS technology allows you to isolate CSCs on your own schedule, whenever the sample becomes available. |
|
| Reliably isolate viable and pure populations of cancer stem cells from solid tumors and cancer cell lines. Easily use purified samples for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, cell culture or molecular analyses. |

If the reagent of your particular interest is not included in the MACS® Cell Separation Reagent portfolio, you can simply use indirect magnetic labeling customized cell separation. Indirect magnetic labeling with MACS MicroBeads allows the use of any primary antibody for cell isolation. Monoclonal or polyclonal primary antibodies of your choice can be either unconjugated, biotinylated, or fluorochrome-conjugated. Discover full experimental flexibility with indirect magnetic labeling:
- Anti-Fluorochrome MicroBeads for MACS Separations with fluorochrome-conjugated primary antibodies
- Anti-Biotin MicroBeads, Streptavidin MicroBeads for MACS Separations with biotinylated primary antibodies
- Monoclonal or Polyclonal Anti-Ig MicroBeads for MACS Separations with unconjugated primary antibodies
