CD20 MicroBeads
Description
CD20 MicroBeads have been developed for the separation of B cells from rhesus monkey PBMCs.
Applications
Non-human primate CD20 MicroBeads can be used for positive selection of B cells, for example, for studies on B cell differentiation and related molecular processes, or for depletion of B cells.
CD20 MicroBeads have been used for positive selection of B cells from PBMCs of naive or SHIV infected rhesus monkeys to study B cell activation and proliferation.1 They have also been used for positive selection of B cells from cynomolgus monkey PBMCs for in vitro B cell survival assays.2
Columns
For positive selection: MS, LS, XS, or autoMACS™ Columns. For depletion: LD, CS, D, or autoMACS Columns.
