Single-cell suspensions from neural tissue
Neural Tissue Dissociation Kits were developed for the preparation of single-cell suspensions from neural tissue. Optimized protocols are available for the use in combination with the gentleMACS™ Dissociator.
Ensuring conditions for specific labeling of cell suspensions
- Dead Cell Removal Kit: Removal of dead cells improves the results of cell separation and culture.
- Non-specific binding of antibodies or MACS® MicroBeads to Fc receptors can be avoided using FcR Blocking Reagents for human or mouse.
