| These 30 µm nylon mesh filters are used to filter cell suspensions in order to remove cell clumps prior to applications where single-cell suspensions are required, for example, cell separation. This can improve the separation performance, especially when isolating very rare cells. The Pre-Separation Filters fit onto MACS® MS, LS, LD, CS, Large Cell, and Whole Blood Columns as well as onto tubes with a capacity of 13-15 mL. A set of 50 filters is supplied sterile and ready-to-use. |
