PepTivator Peptide Pools are ideal tools for the efficient in vitro stimulation of antigen-specific CD4⁺ and CD8⁺ T cells. Their composition of 15-mer peptides with an 11 amino acid overlap covers the complete sequence of the respective antigen. This has been shown to be most effective for stimulating CD4⁺ as well as CD8⁺ T cells in various applications.
