The MACS® Control (MC) Antibody Cocktails are a new product group, designed for the easy and rapid evaluation of cell separation efficiency and purity by flow cytometry. After separation with MACS Technology, cells are simply incubated with the premixed cocktail and analyzed subsequently. Minimal pipetting is necessary, making the procedure fast and easy for automation on the MACSQuant™ Analyzer. The cocktails can be used just as well in combination with other flow cytometers.
Due to the addition of a CD45 antibody conjugated to VioBlue, the new fluorophore developed by Miltenyi Biotec for use with a violet laser, analysis can be easily restricted to leukocytes. |
