| MACS® Intracellular Cytokine Staining |
 |
|
| Intracellular fluorescent staining of cytokines is a widely used technique for monitoring immune responses. After stimulation of the cells in the presence of a secretion inhibitor, the cells are fixed and permeabilized to be stained intracellularly. With our fluorochrome-conjugated anti-cytokine antibodies the procedure can either be performed in suspension or by solid-phase intracellular staining in combination with MACS® Technology. This gentle staining procedure minimizes loss of cells, thus, it is especially useful when working with samples containing low numbers of cells. |
