Magnetic isolation with Ī¼MACS MicroBeads yields high-quality mRNA directly from cell, tissue, or blood samples in 15 minutes. Within further 75 minutes, cDNA can be synthesized and purified.
One step instead of three
MACSĀ® Column Technology enables the combination of mRNA isolation with in-column cDNA synthesis. With the cDNA magnetically bound to the column, no extra cDNA purification step is needed.
