Experience powerful RNA/microRNA expression profiling and DNA analysis
You can be assured of the best results in gene expression profiling when using Agilent Whole Genome Microarrays (4x44K or 8x60K formats), which are available for various species. Even if sample material is limited, you can rely on the SuperAmp™ Technology to amplify minuscule amounts of RNA for sensitive microarray analysis.
For the analysis of microRNAs, the miRXplore™ platform was developed by Miltenyi Biotec to allow highly specific detection of expressed microRNAs.
And last but not least, Agilent CGH Microarray Services are offered for efficient and effective investigations into genomic aberrations.
Please note that fresh samples or samples stored in FFPE are compatible with all of these platforms.
