MACS Technology for one-step mRNA isolation and cDNA synthesis
Oustanding recovery during isolation is achieved by utilizing superparamagnetic MicroBeads. These 50-nm particles instantly bind their target poly-A tail and allow for highly sensitive mRNA isolation. The innovative in-column cDNA synthesis procedure reduces loss of material and further increases the sensitivity and reliability of PCR-based gene expression analysis.
Labeling and amplification Kits for microarray analysis
Miltenyi Biotec’s MicroBead-based isolation procedure for high-purity mRNA is ideally suited for microarray analysis. Kits are available for all sample sizes from 107 cells or equivalent amounts of tissue or total RNA down to a few cells only when using the unique SuperAmp™ Technology.
