Miltenyi Bioprocess provides pharma production capacity of an automated filling line in a class A hard wall isolator attached to a lyophilizer with an overall area for vials of 1.5 sqm and a crimping robot. Our vial filling line has the capacity of several thousand vials per hour and can process vials from 2 mL up to 50 mL.
The pharma production is optimized to handle biopharmaceuticals. Procedures and their documentation according to cGMP and ISO 9001 are in place including the validated automated inner-surface cleaning with hydrogen peroxide steam. |
