In many aspects of immunological research, rat animal models play an important role. For research on a variety of human diseases as well as for transplantation experiments, rat models are widely used.
The specific isolation of various cell types prior to their analysis is a prerequisite for many studies in these fields.
By using MACS® MicroBeads for direct magnetic labeling, specific isolation of rat B cells, T cells, and their subsets as well as dendritic cells and antigen-presenting cells is easy and fast; less than one hour is needed. MACS MicroBeads allow the separation of rat cell populations with excellent purity, even of rare cells. |
