The mouse model is the experimental animal model of choice for a wide range of studies in basic research. Findings from this field have led to insights into the mechanisms of the human immune system.
MACS® Technology provides different strategies for the isolation of highly pure cell populations or special cell subsets from more frequent cell types like T cells or B cells to rare and difficult to isolate cell types like stem and progenitor cells, antigen-specific T cells or distinct subsets of dendritic cells.
Special protocols for preparation of single-cell suspensions from different mouse lymphoid and non-lymphoid tissues are available. |
