| MACS® Separation of non-human primate cells |
 |
|
The MACS® Reagents for non-human primate cells have been developed for the high-quality separation of cells from rhesus monkey (Macaca mulatta) which is a very important animal model in non-human primate research. The antibodies of these cell separation reagents also cross-react with antigens of cynomolgus monkey (Macaca fascicularis) cells.
Moreover, the antibodies in the following human cell separation reagents are tested or reported to cross-react with non-human primate cells:
T cells: CD28 MicroBead Kit, human (Macaca mulatta, Macaca fascicularis) CD127 MicroBead Kit, human (Macaca mulatta, Macaca fascicularis) CD137 MicroBead Kit, human (Macaca mulatta, Macaca fascicularis) CD154 MicroBead Kit, human (Macaca mulatta, Macaca fascicularis)
iNKT cells: Anti-iNKT MicroBeads, human (Macaca mulatta, Macaca fascicularis)
Granulocytes: CD66abce MicroBead Kit, human (Macaca mulatta, Macaca fascicularis)
Endothelial cells: CD31 MicroBead Kit, human (Macaca mulatta)
A panel of MACS Antibodies is available for the evaluation of MACS Separations. Also have a look at the antibody cross-reactivity chart.
