The MACS® Cell Culture product line brings together both standard and specially formulated cell culture media with cell stimulation reagents and culture systems.
- MACS Media are ready-to-use cell culture media for standard applications such as the propagation of eukaryotic cells, including the expansion and differentiation of stem cells, as well as their enumeration by colony-forming unit (CFU) assays.
- MACS Cell Stimulation Reagents include reagents for both antigen-specific and polyclonal activation of T cells. Functional grade antibodies enable, e.g., the stimulation or the depletion of certain cell subsets or blocking of pathways in vivo and in vitro.
- MACS Cell Culture Bags are sterile and gas-permeable, suitable for the expansion of T cells as well as for the generation of monocyte-derived dendritic cells.
