Gentle and efficient
Improve molecule purification and use MACS® Column Technology: mRNA or specific proteins as well as molecular complexes or whole organelles are isolated with MACS MicroBeads, Separators and Columns.
Revolutionary in-column reactions
After the fast purification, target molecules can directly be processed in the MACS Column. Using the thermoMACS™ Separator with μ Columns, incubation temperatures of 37 °C or 42 °C allow enzymatic reactions like cDNA synthesis.
Analytical purification
Two column sizes are available for molecular approaches: μ Columns for cell lysates from up to 107 cells, 30 mg animal tissue, 100 mg plant tissue, or 0.5 mL whole blood are used with the μMACS™ or thermoMACS Separator. M Columns for cell lysates from up to 5x107 cells or 150 mg tissue, 500 mg plant tissue, or 2.5 mL whole blood are placed into a MiniMACS™, OctoMACS™, VarioMACS™ or SuperMACS™ Separator. |
