The autoMACS® Columns are specifically designed for use with the autoMACS Pro Separator.
A set of two separation columns is required to operate the instruments. Once installed, the autoMACS Columns become part of a closed fluidic system and can be used for up to 14 days or 100 separations within 14 days.
Column capacity: up to 2×108 magnetically labeled cells from up to 4×109 nucleated total cells, or from up to 15 mL of whole blood.
Column substitutes for long-term storage are provided with the instrument starting kit.
