Anti-DC (OX62) MicroBeads
Description Anti-DC (OX62) MicroBeads have been developed for the positive selection or depletion of OX62+ dendritic cells (DCs) from blood, lymphoid, and non-lymphoid tissue. The monoclonal antibody OX62 recognizes the integrin αE2 subunit (molecular mass: 150 kDa). OX62 is expressed on the CD4+ and the CD4- subset of dendritic cells but not on plasmacytoid dendritic cells in lymphoid tissue or on epidermal Langerhans cells. OX62 is also found on a subpopulation of epidermal TCRα/β+ or TCRγ/δ+ T cells and on a subset of folliculo-stellate-like (S100+) cells in the anterior pituitary. It is not expressed on macrophages. Applications Isolated OX62+ dendritic cells were used, for example, for analysis of the differential phenotype, function, and migration of dendritic cell subsets.1 Columns For positive selection: MS, LS, XS, or autoMACS™ Columns; for depletion: LD, CS, D, or autoMACS Columns.
