Rare cell analysis
At the click of a button, the MACSQuant® Analyzer can automatically pre-enrich rare cells prior to flow cytometry analysis. This is achieved with the integrated MACS® Cell Enrichment Unit, which uses renowned MACS® Technology to enrich for target cell populations by magnetic labeling of cell markers (e.g., CD34).
Phenotypic characterization of rare cell populations can be reliably and easily performed by the MACSQuant Analyzer. Some examples include:
 
  • Antigen-specific T cells
  • Circulating tumor cells
  • Endothelial cells
  • Progenitor stem cells
