Gene expression profiling, even with just a few cells
We have developed the SuperAmp Technology for microarray-based gene expression profiling analysis of samples with small numbers of cells or tiny tissue pieces.
With this unique technology, microarray analysis has entered a new era of sensitivity. Based on magnetic beads, mRNA from samples is quantitatively isolated and reverse-transcribed to cDNA. A million-fold amplification is achieved by global PCR. Bias is avoided by employing a single-primer amplification process with small uniform-sized cDNA fragments.
