Support every step of the way
You will be supported all through the process, even after you sending the report out. We are here to answer questions, to support with publications, e.g. with text for the methods section, or figures in the required format.
In addition, we support the uploading of your microarray data to the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO), a public functional Genomic data repository supporting MIAME-compliant data submissions.
We also provide further data analyses (extra cost) and other services such as microRNA analysis after gene expression experiments (extra cost).

Your personal documentation
All service steps are documented and compiled in a service report which will be shipped to you via courier together with a CD containing the data.
The usual turn-around time for a service to be completed is 2-3 weeks and you will receive the report just a few days later.
