The science behind microarray technology
Based on Agilent’s Microarray Platform,we offer the full range of services in the area of microarray-based gene expression analysis, microRNA expression analysis, and array-CGH.
Our unique SuperAmp Technology provides extra power, so that just a few cells are needed for gene expression analyses, while our miRXplore Microarray Platform brings specificity in microRNA profiling analysis to a higher level, allowing excellent discrimination even of closely related microRNAs.

At Miltenyi Biotec it all adds up to synergy
In particular, microarray-based analysis of nucleic acids has become a valuable tool for molecular cell characterization in basic research.

"Screening by gene expression microarray can successfully identify critical mechanisms of cellular functions. As compared to studies with whole tissue samples, novel approaches using defined and homogenous cell populations provide more specific results. However, they require cell sorting and/or selection, yielding only relatively low numbers of cells.
