Better understanding of microRNA expression profiles
Our service has a modular structure and is ideally suited for analysis and interpretation of your microRNA expression data.
The most important step is mandatory data pre-processing.
There are then two options for the identification of microRNAs with interesting expression: either discriminatory genes analysis (DGA), or clustering.
We have implemented various algorithms for the prediction of mRNA targets of regulated microRNAs. Our service provides annotation and functional grouping of microRNAs and, if both measurements were done using the same biological material, we can correlate regulated microRNAs with their potential target mRNAs. We use standard programs such as R / Bioconductor, freeware and self-scripted software.
