CliniMACS Prodigy: Automated clinical-scale cell separation
The CliniMACS Prodigy was used to perform the automated clinical-scale processing of CD133+ cells: from sample loading to elution of enriched CD133+ cells in a small volume. The effectiveness of this process was evaluated by flow cytometry (see below). For further information please download the corresponding scientific poster.
Figure shows the flow cytometric analysis of CD133+ cells that were separated from sternal bone marrow aspirate.
