Our marketing programs are formed around the requirements of our customers in the disciplines of hematology, oncology, graft engineering, tissue regeneration, autoimmunity, virology, apheresis, and new technologies. Services designed specifically for clinical applications provide support for the company’s mission to satisfy the unmet medical needs of our clients.

Research Marketing is organized according to the life science areas immunology, cancer, stem cell biology, and neuroscience. Additional teams are responsible for marketing products and services relating to sample preparation, cell separation, cell analysis, molecular biology, and small animal imaging. While forming an essential link between the market and our Research & Development, we also coordinate our Key Opinion Leader program and liaise with our agents, subsidiaries and distributors.

Modern, multi-media marketing is the area of expertise for Marketing Communications. Together with Corporate Communications, we operate as the communication center of Miltenyi Biotec and manage the marketing communications of the whole company, our homepage, video support, the main product catalog, brochures, user manuals, product information booklets, packaging design, and data sheets. Our embedded graphics team handles all types of graphic and design projects.

Our team offers a broad range of marketing services that includes technical support for our research and clinical products. We organize and conduct product training, coordinate the headquarters’ congress management, and are responsible for several database projects like the new CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and PEM systems. We are also globally responsible for e-services and their smooth integration into existing business processes. The global e-learning team implements virtual training courses including the MACS Academy, live web-based seminars and podcasts.
